To keep up with the ever-changing times, Homeward Bound Animal Clinic has chosen to be a paperless clinic. Our paperless system is beneficial for many reasons such as reduced overhead costs, better workflow efficiency, quick document access as well as virtual appointments.

Here a few ways our paperless practice will benefit our clients:

Remote Payment Links

Remote payment links allows our clients the ability to pay their appointment deposits using a secure link sent right to their email or phone. This eliminates the need to give out sensitive information over the phone.

Electronic Signature Capture

Electronic signature capture eliminates the need to print forms and quotes. Our clients can also sign into the Customer Portal and a copy of the document can be emailed directly.

Presenting Mode

Our clients will be able to enter or select data from the editable fields and submit the form electronically. This can help with efficiency in the check in-process for appointments and surgery.

Electronic Communications

Email and 2-way SMS allows us to automate direct communication with our clients. We want to provide our clients with the convenience of being able to confirm or cancel an appointments, ask questions or reply to after appointment check-ins via SMS.
